Typical usage: approximately 0.3–0.8 g of coating is applied to one side of a 250–350 mL paper cup; approximately 0.2–0.5 g is applied to a hamburger/sandwich packaging sleeve; 1 ton of coating can supply approximately 800,000–1,200,000 medium-sized cups or 400,000–600,000 takeout containers. Upstream, the company primarily relies on aqueous polymer emulsions and PVOH/EVOH resins, bio-based starch and vegetable oil-modified polymers, inorganic functional fillers, and functional additives. Raw material and formulation costs account for approximately 58%–70% of the coating's ex-factory cost.
